Welcome to the Concert Hall’s box office
Booking and buying concert tickets is easy and simple here at Malmö Concert Hall. We always give you the very best service and guidance for purchasing the right tickets. We give priority to personal service, so you will always come first when you visit us at the Concert Hall, Monday – Friday, 12 noon to 6 pm. When you phone up, that means you may have to wait a little while until we can take your call. We always confirm any bookings you make via fax and the Internet.

The box office is open Weekdays 12 noon – 6 pm. Concert dates 12 noon until the start of the concert. When concerts are on public holidays, we always open two hours before the appointed concert time. Refer also to our advertisements in the daily papers.

Picking up and payment Booked tickets must be paid for in cash or by card at the box office. A service fee will be payable if you choose to pick up your tickets from an ATG representative. All discounts, campaign offers and special offers will only apply when buying tickets at the Concert Hall box office.
